SENDING IN YOUR SHOCKS OR FORKS FOR SERVICE

Regular service and maintenance is recommended to guarantee long-lasting performance of your Custom Axis Racing Shocks product. We advise having your shocks or forks serviced at least once a year to make sure all components are working to their fullest extent. Please click here, for a complete description of shock and fork services offered.
Custom Axis has the parts, tools, and experience to service your shocks and forks better than anyone else in the business. In order to help us provide the best set-up for you, it is important that you provide us with specific information about you and your vehicle. This includes make, model, year, any aftermarket suspension components such as a-arms, swingarm, and linkage, the type of racing or riding you do (i.e. MX,XC, Desert), your weight with gear, and any other areas where you feel the suspension performance needs improvement.
It is also helpful to make us aware of any other facts which will help us customize your shocks or forks to your riding requirements; for example, if you bought the shocks used or if you noticed any damaged parts. Remember, the more information you provide, the better you’ll ride.
In order to expedite the service of your shocks or forks, please follow the shipping guidelines below.
- Include a completed copy of our Service Work Request Form
- Clean your shock or fork thoroughly before sending. Excessive dirt left on your product will incur a cleaning fee.
