Custom Axis Racing Shocks allocates substantial engineering resources to our standard product line as well as custom built products for your special applications.

We refer to a special project as a suspension design that does utilize a majority of our stock components. Instead, the project requires that we design each suspension component to the exact specifications required by your application, without compromise.

Each special application request is assigned a lead engineer that oversees the project from start to finish. Every detail of your project, including part design, delivery logistics, and daily correspondence is all handled out of one office in order to provide you with the convenience of a “go-to guy” that you are certain is familiar with all aspects of your project. Additionally, we are able to offer technical training at our facility upon completion of your project if required.

Custom Axis Racing Shocks is not only equipped to support special requests in design and manufacturing of custom suspension, but is also able to provide factory engineering support for curve matching, servicing, training, and troubleshooting.

In conjunction with our sister company, Penske Racing Shocks, examples of special projects that we have done in the past include custom street car applications, military vehicle suspension (ground, air, and sea), electronically controlled and active dampers, and other custom hydraulic products.
