Millican Does It Again!

Millville, MN - June 7, 2011 - Dalton Millican made the long trip to Minnesota a good one. Millican riding his Parts Plus Honda on a track the racers called the toughest they have faced all year, had four holeshot starts and three moto wins and the overall victory in the 450A.

Millican began Saturday with a holeshot in the first moto of the 450A class and finished the moto with a 2.6 second lead over the second place finisher. Moto two of the 450A class started just like the first one. Millican was out front again with the holeshot and his lead was never in question. Millican took the win by 2.9 seconds giving him the overall win for the 450A class. This victory was Millican’s fourth win of the season in the 450A class. Millican now leads Tyler Hamrick by 46 points in the chase for the AMA ATV National Championship.

MIllican also had a good weekend in the Production A class. Millican pulled the holeshot in moto one but quickly found the rough track conditions had him falling back to a fifth place finish at the end of this moto. When moto two began Millican was determined to do better. Millican completed the sweep of holeshots pulling his forth of the weekend. Millican had hard charging Tyler Hamrick all over him throughout the moto but was able to hold on for the moto win. This win gave Millican a second place finish for the weekend in Production A.
