Thank you for your interest in becoming a dealer of Custom Axis Racing Shocks products. In order to process your request, please download our dealer application form.

Please reference the following criteria
prior to submitting your application:

We require that you are a valid business operating in the sales of ATV, Snowmobile, UTV, or Motocross products. A copy of your business license is required in order to further proceed with your application.
You must submit a copy of a resale certificate for the state in which you operate your business.
Please send a copy of an advertisement or yellow page listing.
Fax the completed form in full, along with the required documents to (610) 375-6190. You will be notified via mail once we have processed and approved your application.

Please keep in mind that we consider many factors including, but not limited to: the proximity of other Custom Axis dealers, types of other products sold, and experience with aftermarket suspension products, before approving your application. Your application will not immediately be approved and Custom Axis Racing Shocks reserves the right to refuse any application.

Upon approval, orders are to be prepaid via wire transfer or major credit card.
